If you're feeling adventurous, I also offer outdoor therapy sessions throughout the East Bay Regional Parks in Oakland and Berkeley! With hiking trails, wildlife, and redwood trees, these "ecotherapy" sessions feel very different than traditional therapy in an office. This can be a great opportunity to get away from the busy-ness of urban life and focus on what really matters while deepening your connection with nature.
