A Meditation for LGBTQ+ Pride

Overview: This meditation is about getting centered and connecting with your True Self. I’ll guide you through an awareness practice focusing on different parts of the body as we honor different parts of who we are—including our sexuality, gender, and other intersectional identities. You’ll have the option to explore light movement and physical sensations, or I’ll suggest nature-based visualizations that you can use instead.

By embracing all parts of ourselves—especially any parts that have been shamed or stigmatized—we can celebrate Pride from a place of wholeness and authenticity.

These meditations are offered freely as a wellness resource to support your personal practice. You are welcome to share them with others and to download them for offline use.
